Temporary walkways, seating, flooring, barriers and structures

As the company progressed a PVC pedestrian walkway system was introduced designed specifically for foot traffic and the UK sole dealership for the unique Foldtable product - the brainchild of the Dutch inventor, Jeroen America was secured. GT Trax has since clinched a deal to become UK distributor for the MegaSol and recently developed a brand new range of plastic marquee flooring, the LuxTrax, manufactured in the UK, exclusively for GT Trax. The eye-catching StarShade range of temporary structures has recently been added to the fleet, with both doubles and single StarShades available to rent, nationwide. The company is a national hirer of the unique Trenchlink product which is very popular with utility contractors, and even more popular with motorists, as it helps to keep the traffic flowing during road works. Crowd Control Barriers have recently been added to the GT Trax hire fleet, enabling the company to provide a full service to event and construction managers.

Demands of the Industry

GT Trax has enjoyed year on year growth and has worked closely with event organisers and construction managers to refine their product range to ensure that the product range develops in accordance with the demands of the industry. An example of this is that the GT Trax roadway panel now incorporates an engraved top surface, improved handles and a refined joining system.

The Amazing MegaSol

Innovation has been a key to the success of GT Trax. The company is the sole distributor of the amazing MegaSol temporary structure, which is believed to be the largest mobile parasol in the world. The MegaSol is used annually at the folk music jamboree in Towersey, near Oxford and it was the focal point for visitors to the Olympic 2012 sailing events on Weymouth Beach. The MegaSol has also been deployed as a rest and eating area for weary runners on several Cancer Research Race for Life fun runs.

 High quality marquee flooring

In 2010 and after some extensive marketing research, GT Trax introduced the LuxTrax plastic marquee flooring and immediately secured a contract to supply the flooring for some very prestigious outside sporting shows.

Saving a Vital Natural Resource

Environmental issues have not gone unnoticed at GT Trax. The company endeavours only to select equipment that has been made from recycled and recyclable material. The Foldtable is manufactured from a mix of recycled plastic and wood from managed forests. During 2009, GT Trax developed, in conjunction with a leading cleaning equipment supplier, a specially designed automatic washing machine that operates from recycled rain water. This not only reduces water bills to a minimum, but also contributes to help saving a vital natural resource. The mud residue is disposed of a fully accredited waste disposal company.
